A Word Flow Writing Workshop
Feeling stuck? Overwhelmed? Disconnected from who you are?
Writing is a beautiful practice to realign with yourself.
This is a three-week live, online, interactive writing workshop. Through guided writing, quiet reflection, and poetic exploration, the act of writing becomes a way to let go, process, and make meaning… without needing to analyze or explain.
You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself and a clearer sense of what’s true for you.
The cost of the three-session, live course is $60.
Sessions will be held live from 7:00–8:30 PM on:

Come back to your own rhythm, your own voice, your true self.
This is not a traditional writing class. It’s not about technique, grammar, or getting it right.
Word Flow is a space where writing becomes a pathway inward… a tool for emotional release, reflection, and reconnection. The prompts are thoughtfully crafted to help you move what’s been held, soften inner tension, and allow your words to emerge without pressure or performance.
The theme, Returning to Self, is an invitation to come back to your own rhythm, your own voice, and your own truth.
After periods of change, questioning, or disconnection, this space offers a gentle way to reconnect with what is steady within you… to listen more closely, to clear what no longer fits, and to trust what is quietly asking to be felt and expressed.
You do not need to know what you are going to write before you arrive. You only need a willingness to turn inward and let the page hold what wants to be seen.
Word Flow is a writing workshop that has been running in-person for over a year, and is now offered online, bringing this grounded, supportive experience to a wider community.

Word Flow FAQs
No. Word Flow is for anyone who feels drawn to writing as a way to process, reflect, or release. You do not need experience, confidence, or a polished writing practice.
No. Word Flow is not focused on grammar, technique, structure, or getting it right. It is a guided creative and reflective writing experience where the emphasis is on expression, not performance. If you are looking for a critique of your writing work, this is not the class for you.
You will not be left staring at a blank page. Each session includes carefully designed sentence starters, prompts, and creative activities that help move you out of your thinking mind and into your natural creative flow. You are guided step by step, so the writing unfolds as you go rather than needing to be planned in advance. I usually never know where the prompts are going to bring me.
No. Sharing is always optional. Many people find meaning simply in writing privately. Others enjoy listening or sharing when it feels right. You get to choose.
Returning to Self is about reconnecting with your inner voice, your truth, and your natural rhythm.
It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and gently release what no longer feels aligned… while making room for clarity, honesty, and deeper self-trust.
Through writing, you’ll explore what’s been held beneath the surface, listen to what is asking to be felt, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quieted or pushed aside.
All you need is something to write with, something to write on, and a quiet space where you can be present for yourself. And maybe a cup of tea:)
No worries! The Zoom link and recording will be emailed after each session so you can watch, reflect, and write on your own time if you can’t attend live.
ABOUT ME
About Eileen Anne
Eileen Anne is a poet, author, and lifelong teacher who has spent over a decade guiding people back to their voices through writing. She has taught creative expression in public schools, online spaces, and community settings, always with a focus on safety, presence, and honest self-expression.
She is the author of Extraordinary Inner Light, a poetry collection centered on healing trauma, self-reconnection, and realignment with one’s inner voice. Her work is rooted in the belief that writing can be both creative and restorative, offering a way to process experience and return to oneself without force or performance.
For the past year, Eileen has been leading Word Flow as an in-person writing workshop, where a small, supportive community has formed around writing as a tool for emotional release, reflection, and reconnection. Word Flow grew directly from her own lived experience with writing as a healing practice and from years of witnessing what becomes possible when people are given the right prompts and the freedom to follow their words.
At heart, Eileen is a teacher. Her facilitation is gentle, grounded, and intuitive, shaped by experience, deep listening, and trust in the creative wisdom that emerges when people are supported rather than pushed.
